Once you open a Corporate Lending Account, you can access the Initiative Ireland digital platform 24/7 to see available loans, co-fund projects, monitor your existing loans and withdraw your funds back to your Nominated Bank Account. With a Corporate Lending Account, you can lend from just €10,000 per loan deciding which projects to fund, based on the terms listed exclusively on the platform. All accounts are Euro denominated, as are all loans issued. Funds are held in escrow by the company’s regulated payment partner Mangopay SA. All security is held by Initiative Ireland Nominees Limited, with is authorised by the Department of Justice and Equality of Ireland as a Trust and Company Service Provider.
Why Irish Property Backed Loans?
As detailed in the Initiative Ireland Housing 2019 Report, the Irish Property Market is currently experiencing a significant shortage in housing supply, which has been estimated to meet <52% of New Housing Demand Nationwide.
